About Community Cares Ministry Outreach

Hello!

My name is Kayleigh Ward, and I am the Community Cares Ministry (CCM) Coordinator here at Faith Life Center! I am so excited that you are reading this notice because that means you have expressed interest in joining our outreach family, giving us the ability to impact our community even more.

First off, I would like to share the mission statement that Faith Life Center has adopted…Love God, Love Others, Serve the World. This one statement is what our Community Cares Ministry is grounded in. It is truly a domino effect, when you love God, you learn to love each other, which you then turn around and being to serve YOUR world! 1 Peter 4:10 tells us “As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold of God” (NKJV). We have all been given special gifts and passions, but it is up to us to use them to glorify the One who gave them to us. For a majority of my 25 years here on earth, I have been involved in some form of fashion of outreach and as an adult I genuinely believe that community outreach is where I am called to serve. From contributing to Operation Christmas Child for years to Thanksgiving meal drives, Angel Tree and Ronald McDonald, just to name a few, I am excited to bring lots of variety to the table.

Here in the Inland Empire, there is need in every corner of the view, giving Faith Life Center the perfect opportunity to extend the love of Christ beyond the walls of our church. There are so many different avenues of outreach that Faith Life has to offer, and I am so excited to see us all play our part in the change we all desire to see. We are looking for people who are passionate about reaching out a helping hand and sowing seeds of change! We have lots of different opportunities that we are looking to get involved with to expand our reach, but we need YOU! From holiday food drives, monthly lunch handouts, community events and many more ministry outreaches, there is a place where you can find your niche!
